Crane Operation & Performance

  • Slewing Platform
    Robust steel-plate structure with integrated tower pivot bearing, connected to the undercarriage via a Liebherr slewing ring with internal toothing.
  • Jib Positions
    Standard working angles of 0°, 15°, 30°, and 45°—adjustable even during operation via remote control or from the operator’s cab.
  • Slewing Gear
    Infinitely variable slewing speeds, electronic wind load control, and automatic damping of load oscillation. Features a 7.5 kW frequency converter with 0–0.8 rpm control.
  • Hoist Gear
    Dual-drum system: one for erection and one for lifting. Frequency converter control ensures smooth motion and Micromove for precise load positioning. Max. hoisting speed: 100 m/min (24 kW).

Mobility & Transport

  • Chassis Design
    Liebherr-manufactured vehicle with torsion-resistant box-type frame made from high-tensile fine-grain structural steel.
  • Outriggers
    Fully hydraulic 4-point support with automatic horizontal/vertical leveling and inclination display. Operated via Bluetooth-based BTT remote module.
  • Transmission & Axles
    12-speed automatic gearbox with two-stage transfer case and lockable differential. All axles steered; axles 2, 4, and 5 powered.
  • Braking System
    All-wheel servo-air brakes with disc brakes on every axle. Includes spring-loaded parking brake and exhaust retarder with additional braking system. Complies with ECE R13 and ECE R79 standards.
  • Tyres
